I’m Michael Cronin, a Sydney-based service and experience designer with more than 15 years of experience spanning startups, agencies, large enterprises and government. Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of strategy, design and delivery, helping organisations navigate complexity and create services that deliver meaningful outcomes for the people who use them.
As an independent service and experience design consultant, I partner with organisations to strengthen evidence-based decision-making, improve experiences that span both digital and human touchpoints, and build capability through mentoring in Human-Centred Design, Lean UX and design thinking practices.
Recent engagements include strategic and service design for the Australian Department of Health, Disability and Ageing; senior product design within NAB’s business banking portfolio; interaction design supporting myGov and Digital Identity initiatives with the Digital Transformation Agency; and leading Human-Centred Design within Westpac’s Business Banking Transformation program.
